出世を目指すニック・ヘンドリクス(ジェイソン・ベイトマン)は、毎日12時間働き、ひねくれた上司デビッド・ハーケン(ケビン・スペイシー)が昇進と引き換えに出してくるどんな理不尽な要求にも耐えてきた。それだけ苦労すれば昇進は当然の報酬のはず……なのだが、彼はそれがいくら待っても実現しないことを知る。一方、歯科助手のデイル・アーバス(チャーリー・デイ)は、口腔外科医(D.D.S.)の資格を持つドクター・ジュリア・ハリス,D.D.S.(ジェニファー・アニストン)のセクハラに耐える日々。突然、アダルト映画もどきの挑発を繰り出す彼女に対し、デイルは自尊心をなんとか保とうとしていた。そして会社で経理を担当するカート・バックマン(ジェイソン・サダイキス)は、会社の新しい悪徳経営者ボビー・ペリット(コリン・ファレル)が、彼のキャリアを潰すことに夢中になっているだけでなく、有害廃棄物を何も知らない住民たちが住む場所に垂れ流そうとしていることに気づく。ニック、デイル、カートにとって、毎日うんざりする仕事を少しでもマシにさせる方法は、どうにも耐えられないそれぞれのボスの存在を葬り去ることだった。もちろん、自分たちから仕事を辞めるという選択肢などあり得ない。そこで3人は、なんとも怪しげで酒飲みの元詐欺師（ジェイミー・フォックス）のアドバイスを受けながら、絶対にしくじりようのない“上司排除計画”を考案する。しかし、その計画には大きな穴があった。たとえ、頭の中では最高の計画でもいざ実行に移してみると、全然ワケが違うのだった……。

I missed the chance to see this movie in theaters so when I came across it on sale for DVD, I bought it without hesitating. After watching the movie, I was disappoint though. The storyline was nothing interesting and felt that it was just another movie that I've mindlessly watched.

I loved this movie! The second one is better than the first one in my opinion but this one sets the story line for the second. The plot line itself is very unique and there are not many stories like this. Three men who hate their bosses devise a plan to murder their bosses when they realize they cannot quit their jobs. Must watch but not suitable for kids. Jennifer Aniston is also in this!

A genuinely funny comedy film that will make you laugh out loud. I really enjoyed watching it, not only because of the all-star cast, but the premise of wanting to kill your boss for various reasons is hysterical and very relatable. Obviously no one ever actually goes through with it, but this group of friends decided that they should. I also really liked the fact that Jennifer Aniston plays the predatory boss, which makes for a change in cinema, and takes a more feminist idea. Overall, the film was fantastic, with many hiccups along the way, since none of the friends are actually killers at heart, so they seek the help of a convicted felon.
