ニューヨーク。子供の頃から気が弱く、優柔不断で本音を言えないデイヴ（アダム・サンドラー）は、恋人リンダ（マリサ・トメイ）との関係を中々前進できないでいた。そんなある日、飛行機内での誤解から生じたトラブルで逮捕されたデイヴは、裁判の判決により、怒りを抑制するセラピーを受けることになる。彼の前に現われたのは、機内でデイヴの隣に座っていた危険な男、バディ医師（ジャック・ニコルソン）。デイヴはバディの患者の中から、とりわけ暴力的なチャック（ジョン・タトゥーロ）とコンビを組むことになる。

"Anger Management" is, in a word, immature. Perhaps teens would be able to find some humor here, but I'm not sure I'd want to give them a chance to see it. Basically, the main character is assigned to anger management classes after some mishaps on a flight and then he meets someone who really does bring out his angry side. The humor is at the same time both immature and inappropriate, and the plot is just disappointing.
