Even though it was meant to be a romantic drama, the suspense and mystery elements felt unnecessary and kind of forced, and they took away from the romance instead of adding to it. What really pulled me out of the story was how much the female lead kept chasing and begging. It got exhausting to watch, and at some point it stopped feeling romantic and just felt sad.
