Certainly a childhood favorite, though I now know I did not fully understand the story line when I was young. Mary Poppins is a sweet story/musical for kids to enjoy, but it’s also good family choice that not parents would probably enjoy as well. Although the movie is not new, it’s charm from the setting of the time shines through and the sweet story of Mary Poppins herself is timeless.
