I saw it twice and liked it vastly more the second time around, when I'd adjusted my expectations and had my bearings from the get-go. Then it became about digging the spectacle - not to mention the hilarious sexual politics.

A film known for its cover of Tom Cruise with a pirate-esque mask on his face. I really preferred the trailer to this film and the concept behind it than watching it. Overall, I was a bit disappointed that it was a World War 2 film about Hitler that didn’t bring anything new to the table. If you’re deciding between this and Inglorious Bastards, see the latter!
