그렘린

Not sure if it's primarily a family film or a horror. 'Gremlins' is not particularly funny, and its horror elements are somewhat softened by its silliness, but its creative premise allows it the freedom to sufficiently venture into both genres, managing to keep the tone light-hearted while having the power to frighten people with the gremlins' authentically grotesque appearances and a vicious sense of humour. It is regrettable that I left it this late to see 'Gremlins' as I probably would have liked it much more as a young teen. Still, better late than never.

Equally funny, terrifying, and suspenseful. a strange mix that always works. An absolute all time favorite.

I LOVE this movie!!

Where the film fails is in the actual structure of the story, which is riddled with inconsistencies, gaping holes in the plot, and what seems to be a mid-point shift from one story to a completely different one.

this movie is just weird, honestly. Its a "horror-comedy" in cartoonish form, and is just overall absurd. I don't enjoy this particular genre of movies, and it was just overall creepy but not enough to be a "horror" movie. Reminds me of Furbies which just creeps me out.

When I watched this as a kid it was very terrifying and it still kind of is. Gizmo is a cute mysterious pet but the rest of them that were in the movie were definitely scary. I don’t recommend watching this with children if they’re scared easily or if it reminds them of furbies which are also terrifying. Still a really good movie though even though it’s creepy!
