I love this movie so much because sharks are my favorite animals! I am aware that the shark is the villain here, however the whole time I wanted the shark to eat more more people. I think anyone who gets attacked by a shark in the ocean shouldn’t complain because you entered their territory. This movie was a box office hit and cult success for a reason, whether by fear factor or just the story line, it will remain timeless in its horror movie beginnings. The only think I disliked was that it made sharks out to be mindless predators rather than animals trying to survive. Other than that I love this movie and always watch it in the summer.

It is hard to forget the first time I watched Jaws with my mother, as it is her favourite movie of all time. Being a child with both a fear and a terrific obsession with sharks, Jaws left me on the edge of my seat the entire movie due to the supsense. The iconic movie introduced a sense of the 70s which was fun to vision as a child and really brought an essence of the novel to the big screen. I believe the filmography was ahead of its time. It is impossible to find a shark movie that can beat the original Jaws! WE'RE GONNA NEED A BIGGER BOAT!
