101 달마시안

I prefer the animated version for kids, mostly because this version in its realistic nature, could be both scary and too violent of an influence with Cruella De Ville and her unfortunate sidekicks. However, 101 Dalmatians is a classic story that years of kids have grown up knowing, so one way or another, I do think it’s good to introduce the story to kids. This version just might not be my first choice.

I’ve always enjoyed this movie growing up. Glenn Close does an amazing job at recreating Cruella De Vil, bringing a new dynamic to the character you won’t soon forget. Rewatching it again today, over 20 years later, it still holds up really well. I would recommend.

CLASSIC Disney movie and one of my favorites! Cruella is my favorite character- there’s just something about Disney villians that I love. And 101 animated dogs? What’s better. A must see if you love Disney movies!
