Simply astonishing if you like this kind of fantasy/adventure movies. The story of an epic battle, where friends will unite to defeat evil. The final chapter of The Hobbit movies, it ends where the legendary Lord of the Rings begins.

I have not read “The Hobbit” , but as just a viewer of the film I found this one lacking depth. What I’ve heard from others who have read the book, there is not as much action in he book and it is more about the journey of Bilbo Baggins; I didn’t need to be told that to realize there was too much un-needed action scenes.

The Hobbit for me did not live up to the Lord of the Rings. I gave all of the Hobbit films a chance but in my opinion, this one was the worst of this story line. I hated that they turned the Hobbit and made it cater to kids more but adding tons of comedic dialogue that wasn’t funny to me and by eliminating some of the best elements that made Lord of the Rings so scary and haunting.
