I loved Bucky’s and Sam’s dynamic, but the plot seemed a bit inconsistent, along with the antagonist not being the best. Pretty entertaining, with the divisive new Captain America suit, but at least it was comic accurate. One of the main problems to me was how Sam always asks the GRC leaders to ‘do better’ but never says how? So that seemed a bit useless to me, like especially since he’s Captain America now, i would expect him to actually try to solve things that he wants to see solved other than things that were forced on him by circumstance. But one thing that i absolutely loved and want to see more is the idea of superheroes and enhanced characters living in a human world, and attempts to regulate them with law, like in Civil War. Overall cool and thought provoking, but it has its problems

Starts with a strong episode and slowly devolves into mediocrity. Strong performances and potential for a great narrative are marred by cloudy writing, bland action sequences, and some logic leaps. Flawed but, pushes the franchise towards a more responsible and grounded take on superheroes
