도경은 자신의 소신을 지키기 위해 싸움에서 승리하고 싶다. 강자의 측근이 되어 싸움에서 승리하지만 혼자 남겨진 도경은 결국 패배한다. 스스로 강해지기 위해 절권도를 배우지만 결국 일진회의 위협에 두려움을 느끼고 비겁한 패배자가 되고 만다. 과연 도경은 두려움을 극복하고 싸움에서 이길 수 있을까?
