The "Ugly Truth" is that this movie is horribly sexist and un-funny. The acting is hardly relatable, and the plot feels really, really empty. It may be funny, but that is about all this movie has going for it. Just skip this one and choose a movie that is worth your time.

Although a romantic comedy, The Ugly Truth isn't the steorytypical rom-com you would expect. The plot is pretty good and there were actually a lot of funny moments. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a fun movie.

Who doesn't love a good Katherine Heigl movie. She is the queen of romantic comedies for a reason, and it is easy to see that in this film. This film checks all the boxes of a good rom-com. It touches upon the differences between men and women in love, while also showing the similarities. Definitely one to check out next Valentine's Day.

Another romantic chick flick with a typical ending and starring Katherine Heigl. One of my least favorite things about this movie was the male actor, Gerard Butler. A very generic chick flick and really nothing much special about it. I wouldn't recommend watching this film- I watched it on a flight.
